Terms of Service

These terms govern access to iBot’s web app, desktop runner, Shared Library, subscriptions, and marketplace features.

Using iBot

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, follow applicable law, and use iBot only for systems and data you are authorized to automate. You may not use the service to distribute malware, evade access controls, harass others, violate privacy, or interfere with the service.

Automations and AI output

You are responsible for reviewing generated or downloaded automation code before running it. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe for a particular environment. Back up important data, use limited permissions, and test automations before relying on them.

Your content and public publishing

You retain your rights in content you create. When you publish an automation, you authorize iBot to host, display, distribute, and make it available for download or purchase as needed to operate the Shared Library. Do not publish content you do not have permission to share.

Plans, purchases, and creators

Free accounts include limited monthly generations, limited private sync, and the desktop runner. Pro increases available limits and features. Prices and applicable terms are shown before checkout. Paid marketplace availability depends on completed Stripe creator onboarding and may remain disabled during beta.

Creators are responsible for their listings, taxes, support obligations, and compliance. Refunds, disputes, or revoked payments may revoke access to a paid automation and reverse creator proceeds where supported.

Availability and termination

Features may change, pause, or be discontinued during development. We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. You may stop using iBot at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

iBot is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that generated code or third-party automations will be error-free or fit for your purpose. To the extent permitted by law, iBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
